Angelo Coco – Senior Estimator
With over 21 years at Allkind, Angelo is one of our most experienced and respected team members. Starting out as a wood machinist and working in cabinetry, furniture manufacturing industry and shop fitting, Angelo brings a lifetime of hands-on expertise and a deep passion for timber to every project.
As Senior Estimator, he blends sharp attention to detail, excellent communication, and efficient project management to deliver results client’s trust.
Angelo thrives on building strong relationships and finds real satisfaction in exceeding client expectations. Guided by values of honesty, hard work, and high-level service, he approaches every job with enthusiasm and care.
Outside the office, you’ll find Angelo cheering on the Broncos, enjoying the roar of the V8s, or capturing life through his lens. He’s a proud family man who loves great food, good wine, and a hearty laugh.
Csaba Huber – Senior Draftsman (pronounced Chubba)
With over a decade at Allkind, Csaba Huber has journeyed from the workshop floor to the design desk—starting out as a skilled bench joiner before completing his Building Design studies in 2017 and stepping into his current role as Draftsman. Known for his meticulous eye for detail and intuitive design sense, Csaba brings precision, creativity, and clear communication to every project.
He’s not just about plans and blueprints, Csaba’s a family man at heart, happiest when spending time with his kids or catching a good movie. Guided by values of honesty and transparency, he’s deeply passionate about quality craftsmanship and delivering top-tier service. With Csaba on your project, you’re in the hands of someone who truly puts the client first.
Phillip Sission – Drafting Manager
Phillip’s Allkind story began over two decades ago, starting as an apprentice in wood machining and furniture making. From the factory floor to the drawing board, he’s worn many hats—leading hand, estimator, and now Drafting Manager—bringing a rare depth of experience to his role.
Known for his calm, "happy-go-lucky" nature and methodical approach, Phillip thrives on collaborating with builders and architects to turn vision into reality. With a sharp visual sense and a knack for spotting potential issues before they arise, he’s a master at finding practical solutions on the fly—and making sure the joinery always fits the opening!
He’s passionate about delivering the best outcomes for clients and bringing joinery to life with integrity, energy, and just the right touch of humour.
Outside of work, you’ll find Phillip out on the golf course, cheering on his kids at sport, or meticulously mowing his 1 acre of lush lawn. A fun, outgoing, and trustworthy team player, he’s a cornerstone of the Allkind crew.
Charlie Walsh – Estimator
Charlie joined Allkind Joinery 4 years ago, starting as an apprentice Joiner and transitioning to the role of Estimator upon completion of his apprenticeship. Prior to joining Allkind, Charlie was a Manager at Coles.
What Charlie enjoys most about his role is helping clients' dreams come to fruition. His key strengths and specialties include building customer relationships and clear communication. Teammates describe his working style as devoted, loyal, and willing to go the distance to make the client happy. Charlie brings a new generation perspective to every project.
Loyalty, honesty, and dedication are the values that are most important to Charlie in his work. He approaches client service and teamwork with a deep connection to clients' visions, showing empathy and understanding their perspectives. Charlie always strives for a happy client and a smile at the end of every job.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing soccer and cricket. He also has a big sneaker collection. He describes himself as helpful, kind, and well-groomed.
Bronwyn Briggs – Estimator
Bronwyn has been a fantastic part of the Allkind family for 2.5 years, initially kicking things off as our Office Manager before stepping into her current role as Estimator. Before joining us, she was a pro at service level coordination for global IT companies, flexing her muscles in project management and contractual agreements – talk about a diverse background!
What keeps Bronwyn smiling in her role? It's all about teaming up with her great colleagues and connecting with clients. When it comes to her strengths, she's a wizard at tackling challenges head-on. Her teammates describe her as methodical, super organised, client-focused, diplomatic, and (most importantly!) fun!
What makes Bronwyn unique on any project is her incredible ability to see the whole picture, from the big overview down to the tiniest detail.
Bronwyn approaches client service and teamwork with a keen ear, always listening carefully to what's being said. For her, every job is a mission to achieve a successful outcome and, of course, client satisfaction!Outside of the office, Bronwyn loves getting out and about with outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her pups and grandkids.
Now for the really cool stuff: she holds a black belt in Hapikado (a weapon art – how awesome is that?!) and even has teaching degrees in acrobatics and jazz ballet! If you ask her to describe herself in three words, she'll tell you she's vivacious, disciplined, and warm.
